WorkerSync is a construction workforce attendance and payroll assistant tool designed to help contractors organize their workers and help workers track their work hours.

We collect minimal data necessary for the service:

For Workers:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Work attendance records (check-in time, hours worked)
• Site information (where you worked)

For Contractors:

• Company name
• Email address
• Worker information they manage
• Payment records (encrypted)
• Site and material expenses

• To provide attendance tracking
• To calculate payroll
• To generate work history reports
• To enable communication between contractors and workers

• All data stored on EU servers
• Row-level security enforced
• Workers can only access their own data
• Cash payment amounts are private to contractor
• All connections encrypted (HTTPS)

You have the right to:

• Access your data anytime
• Export your data (PDF reports available)
• Request data correction
• Request data deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
• Withdraw consent
• Lodge a complaint with the EU Data Protection Authority

We DO NOT share your data with:

• Government authorities (unless legally required)
• Immigration services
• Third-party advertisers
• Marketing companies
• Other contractors or workers

We may share data with:

• Service providers (hosting, payment processors) under strict data processing agreements

• Active accounts: Data kept while account is active
• Deactivated workers: Data preserved but hidden
• Deleted accounts: Removed within 30 days of request
• Backup retention: 90 days for safety

We use minimal cookies for:

• Authentication (login session)
• User preferences

We do NOT use tracking cookies.
