- Each account is individual responsibility
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the service for legitimate work tracking
- Not harass other users
- Not attempt to access others' data
You agree NOT to:
- Submit false attendance records
- Use the app for illegal activities
- Share login credentials
- Reverse engineer the platform
5. Payment Terms (Contractors)
- Monthly subscription billed in advance
- Cancellation: anytime, no refunds for current month
- Free workers feature stays free

7. Disclaimer
WorkerSync is a tool to assist with attendance tracking and payroll calculations.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- App calculations are aids only, not final
- Final payment responsibility belongs to employer (contractor)
- We are NOT financial advisors
- We are NOT legal consultants
- We do NOT verify employment legality
- Disputes between contractors and workers are not our responsibility
8. Limitation of Liability
WorkerSync is provided "as is". We are not liable for:
- Disputes over payment amounts
- Tax filing errors
- Employment law issues
- Lost data due to user error
- Business decisions made using the app
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Termination
- Users can delete their account anytime
- We can terminate accounts that violate terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, EU.
